Rates and Fees

Our standard brokerage fees are:

All short term rental DSCR loans: 2.25% of loan amount

For loan amounts between $350,000 and $1,000,000, the fee is 1.50% of the loan amount

For loan amounts above $1,000,001, the fee is 1.25% of the loan amount

For loan amounts above $3,000,000, the fee is 1.00% of the loan amount

$499 paid at time of applying

Loan Processing: $750 paid at closing

Remaining closing costs are determined based on loan details (typically total 1-3% of the loan amount)
