Fees

Our standard brokerage fees are:

For loan amounts below $350,000 the fee is 2% of the loan amount or less

For loan amounts between $350,001 and $1,000,000, the fee is 1.497% of the loan amount

For loan amounts above $1,000,001, the fee is 0.997% of the loan amount

(the above includes DSCR, and fix and flip loans)

For Portfolio and Blanket loans, the fee is 1.297% of the loan amount for all loan amounts

Application (reduced): $1,500-$4,500 paid at time of applying

$499 paid at time of applying (all loan types)

Loan Processing: $995 paid at closing

Remaining closing costs are determined based on loan details (typically total 1-3% of the loan amount)
